Battery Test before putting back in Vehicle Empty Battery Test before putting back in Vehicle

I have completed the installation of the new cells and am ready to put the battery pack back in the car. I was wondering if there is a way to test the battery pack to ensure everything is hooked up right and working prior to installing in the car.

Hey,

Yes there is a good way to test it first. Make sure to test each cells voltage accordingly. Re-read the section of the guide you got here http://hybridbatteryrebuild.com/ before testing this.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks!

Are you sure that you do not have another problem? The battery should have been charged when bought. If not fully charged it should have enough to start engine. Leave it a couple of hours to see if it improves. What happens when you try to start, does the starter motor attempt to turn engine over?
